To provide a forum for the interchange of information related to aerospace life sciences research and technology including biomedicine, bioengineering, ergonomics/human factors, crew equipment development, environmental control, and life support systems.

Goals

  • Recruit AIAA members in this technical area to participate on the committee
  • Meet at the beginning of the year to plan this year's activities
  • Each committee member provide 1 topic for 5 Lunch 'n' Learn seminars
  • Invite AIAA members in this technical area to submit articles to the Newsletter
  • Promote AIAA membership at Lunch 'n' Learn presentations
  • Interact with the corresponding national committee
