  • Free registration. No charge to attend or give a presentations. No advance reservations except for those giving a presentation.
  • AIAA membership or JSC badging not required.
  • Presentation limited to 20 minutes. Computer projectors and vu-graph projectors are available.
  • No paper required (only abstracts will be published)
  • Light lunch and evening hors d'oeuvres available (reserve in advance, pay at the door)
  • All are encouraged to attend or present, including NASA/JSC and contractor staff, NASA/JSC and contractor co-op students, University professors and medical students.
