Voted into existence for 3 years, to be renewed on a regular basis. Started in the 2007-2008 year for both groups. The new year starts on the first of July in AIAA and on the first of September in AAAF. AAAF is looking into a trip with 30 of its members in late October and early November of 2008 to Houston, Orlando, then DC. AIAA will host their visit, then look into traveling to Toulouse in the same time frame in 2009. A 2009 conference in Houston or Toulouse is an idea in work with a three-year planning horizon.
